Production Time o Production time begins upon the first full day after receipt of purchase order, artwork and approved credit by Liqui-Mark Corp. o Standard production time is 4-6 working days on catalog quantities, including repeat orders. o Order acknowledgements are available upon request only. o Large orders may require longer production time. Check with customer service or your account representative for details.Imprint Charges o Screen charge is $30.00(g) per color and/or second side. o Pad Printing plate charge $40.00(g) per color and/or second side. o Imprint Color Change: $25.00(g) per imprint color change. Minimum per color change must be the minimum catalog quantity listed. This applies to catalog quantities only. Contact customer service for minimums per color changes on above catalog quantity orders. o Imprint Copy Change: $30.00(g) includes screen charge. Minimum per copy change must be the minimum catalog quantity listed. Repeat orders with copy change will be charged $15.00(g) per copy change after the first imprint. This applies to catalog quantities only. Contact customer service for minimums per copy change on quantities greater than 5,000 pieces. o Stock imprint color recommendations: Gold, Silver or White are recommended for dark items; Black, Blue, Green or Red on light-colored items. o We can add text and do light retouching to your imprint at no additional charge. Just send a type written version of the text to avoid any miscommunication in typesetting your order.
Type Change o If a film or screen has been produced exactly as requested and a change is made after film production, a type change charge of $12.00(g) will be applied. Additional Imprint Colors and/or Second Side o Product prices include 1 color imprint on one side. 250 piece minimum for multi color imprints. o 250 piece minimum for second side, 1 color imprint $.18(g) o 250-2499 pieces $.18(g) per color and/or second side. o 2,500-10,000 pieces $.16(g) per color and/or second side. o Multi-color imprint not available on all products.
PMS Color Match o $30.00(g) per PMS matched imprint color. o Stock imprint colors available at no charge. o PMS imprint colors are not guaranteed to be a perfect match on colored barrels, bodies, caps or clips. o Call customer service for imprint color recommendations on specific product.
Paper Proofs o Paper proofs are available upon request at $10.00(g) and add 2-3 days to production time. o If an email address is not provided, proofs will be faxed. o Paper proofs are not available on 2 day or 24 hr service. o Liqui-Mark may choose to send a proof for approval when not requested at no additional charge. o All changes and approvals of paper proofs must be returned to us in writing via email or fax. o Changes on paper proofs may delay your order up to 3 days and may incur an additional charge of $12.00(g).
Production Proofs o Product proofs are available upon request. o Add $25.00(g). o Product proof will add 5-7 working days to production time. o Product proofs are not available on 4 day, 2 day or 24 hr service.
Speculative Samples o Spec samples can be produced in 10 working days for $25.00(g) per color plus appropriate screen or plate charge and shipping. This charge will be rebated if an order results from spec sample order. o Rebate must be requested on firm order to be applied. Limit one spec sample per order/imprint job.
Packaging: o Call customer service for separate quotation. Custom Component Colors: o Call customer service for quotation.
Repeat Orders: o $25.00(g) for exact repeat orders, artwork will be kept on file for a period of 2 years. o Include Liqui-Mark Corp.'s invoice number and YOUR Purchase Order number of the most recent previous order. o A copy of the imprint is required with your order. o Unless otherwise specified, a repeat order will be produced within our standard production time. o Repeat orders with copy change; add $15.00(g). o Repeat orders with logo change; add $25.00(g). o Liqui-Mark Corp. is not responsible for repeat orders produced incorrectly due to inaccurate information on Purchase Order.
Rush Orders o Orders and artwork must be received before 11:00 AM EST. If received later, production begins next business day. o Orders required in less than the standard published lead-time, Rush Service Available: o 4 Day Rush Service - Add $50.00(g) o 3 Day Rush Service - Add $80.00(g) o 2 Day Rush Service - Add $100.00(g) o 24 Hr. Rush Service - Add $150.00(g) o All rush services are dependent upon credit approval and problem free camera-ready art. o Rush service only applies to items marked "Rush Service" in catalog. o Rush service applies to catalog quantity orders with one color, one location imprint only. o Purchase order must indicate "Rush Service" if desired, otherwise, standard production time will apply. o Liqui-Mark Corp. is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information on Purchase Order. o Rush services are not available during Holiday closings. o Rush services are not available to new, unestablished accounts, unless paid in full by credit card. o Rush service is always subject to stock availability. o Contact customer service or your account representative for 2 day and 24hr rush service.
Less Than Minimum Orders o $40.00(g). Absolute minimum quantity available for purchase is half the listed minimum catalog quantity. Example: 250 piece minimum on an item may be purchased at a 125 piece quantity. Over/Underruns o Over quantity or under quantity will not exceed 5% industry standard. Every effort is made to ship the quantity shown on the purchase order, however, Liqui-Mark Corp. reserves the right to ship 5% over or under the quantity requested.
Exact Quantity Request o $25.00(g) per order if exact quantity is required.
Non Imprinted Orders o Orders not requiring imprint will be billed at the next quantity price.
Holiday Closings o Do not include the following 2009 Holiday closing dates in your production time: January 1, February 16, April 10, May 25, July 3, September 7, November 26-27, December 24-January1, 2010.
Pricing Policy, Terms, quotations and Credit Cards o Prices, terms and conditions, items and colors are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. In some cases product design or shade of color may be changed after printing of this catalog. o All published prices are effective January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. o For quantities exceeding published prices, contact customer service or your account representative for a quotation. o Terms are Net 30 for established customers in good standing. o New accounts must provide credit and bank references along with pre-payment in the form of a check in advance or credit card. o Rush service is available on first order if paid in full by credit card. o Payment is accepted by the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
Return Policy o Returned merchandise will not be accepted without written authorization from Liqui-Mark Corp. o Liqui-Mark Corp. reserves the right to request a sample of the item to be returned before an authorization is to be made, contact customer service. o Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no charge when returned within 60 days from receipt of merchandise. o Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. No credit will be issued for merchandise, which is unauthorized for return to Liqui-Mark Corp.
Cancellations o Cancellations are subject to a $25.00(g) cancellation charge and all labor and production costs expended. All cancellations must be in writing, No Exceptions. o No cancellation will be accepted for completed production runs.
Shipping Information o F.O.B. Hauppauge, NY 11788 o Shipping charges will be added to invoice. o All small packages are shipped UPS ground throughout the continental United States, unless otherwise specified on purchase order. o If air shipment is required, order must include YOUR freight account number. o Shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box. o C.O.D shipments: Not Available. o All standard ground parcel rates are subject to change without notice. o Any claims concerning lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. Liqui-Mark Corp. ceases responsibility when merchandise is given to carrier. o Liqui-Mark Corp. will not be responsible for delayed shipments when merchandise is given to carrier on time. o Liqui-Mark Corp. reserves the right to change carrier and service level without notice. o For International Shipments, customer's carrier and account number must be provided at least 3 days prior to ship date. o Insurance and handling are added to all shipments. o Failure to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses may cause delays to your shipment. o 3rd Party or Collect Billing Shipments: $10.00(g)
Drop Shipments/Split Shipments o Drop shipments: $10.00(g) for additional drop shipments after first location. o Drop shipment quantity must be no less than the minimum catalog quantity listed. o Labels are required for drop shipment if more than 5 locations. o Drop shipments apply to catalog quantities only. o Contact customer service or your account representative for details on above catalog quantities. o Split shipment: $10.00(g) per release. o Each shipment cannot be less than minimum quantity shown per product. o Order must be completely shipped within 6 months after original order placed. o All split shipment releases must be completed before December 31, 2005.
Authorization and Indemnification By placing an order with Liqui-Mark Corp., you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc, identified in your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Liqui-Mark Corp. its subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fee's) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation or trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order.

Rights to Promotion Liqui-Mark Corp. reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, catalogs, ads or any promotion material, unless indicated in writing.
